Englisch: principal concepts and applications
Obwohl es auch eine Norm namens ISO 9000 gibt, wird dieser Begriff doch meist als Kurzform für die gesamte Reihe ISO 9000 – ISO 9004 incl. der nationalen Normen DIN ISO 9000 ff. und der Europa-Normen DIN EN ISO 9000 ff. genutzt.
